The breakfasts are hot and excellent in the hotel, with greek yogurt, fabulous bacon and drink options. It has marvellous location to a Hyatt establishment, in a trendy area.

My favorite property in Omaha. Functional and reasonably priced room with a large bathroom. Very attentive staff in the whole hotel.

We spent 5 nights and would definitely go again. The staff are supper friendly and outstandingly accommodating and deserve a 3-star rating. The rooms here are impressive and modern with good lighting.

The location was good and absolutely perfect: all stores and various stores were within walking distance. Had lunch/dinner at Urban Wine Company, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Large and nice styled rooms & large bathrooms. Excellent, smart people working here. Plenty of food for a continental breakfast.

I stayed here for 1 night, the hotel was upscale, with great and beautiful location close enough to entertainment in the beautiful Old Market of downtown Omaha, and anywhere, restaurants, shopping and bars. Booked a room with a view. All the staff were excellent, smart.

The location of the hotel was favourable, close to all the happening places downtown. What's more, it was near all the great restaurants, so many restaurants, shops, and coffee shops, and Omaha / Lincoln.

Nice hot breakfast with fabulous bacon, and superfriendly staff. Location short walk to bars in old market and Omaha/Lincoln and Nevada and California.

New-fashioned and freshly cleaned room with good lighting was enjoyable. The service appeared to be friendly, though there were amenities to be added. The location turned out to be great and stunning, right by many bars and restaurants, restaurants and wedding venue, and area dining and entertainment options.
